Restaurant Line Cook - Full-Time/Flex Shifts

You'll be responsible for the daily preparation and execution of all food items at the hot station while assisting other areas of the kitchen as needed.

We're looking for individuals who are passionate about food, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in maintaining high culinary and cleanliness standards.

Set up stations according to restaurant guidelines.

Prepare all food items as directed, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.

Restock all items and maintain a clean, organized work area throughout each shift.

Uphold all safety, sanitation, and organizational practices.

Assist with cleaning and organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and storage areas.

Follow all proper food handling procedures as outlined by the local health department.

Support teammates and assist with additional duties as requested by the Kitchen Manager.

Current Food Handler Certification (required).

Comfortable with exposure to heat, cold, and water.

Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and work shifts up to 12 hours.

Prior line cook or saut experience preferred but not required.
