Full-Time Architectural Drafter

A terrific, full‑time opening has come available for an Architectural Drafter with experience in the historic commercial restoration construction arena to join a cutting edge, extremely stable organization. This position would earn a competitive base salary plus bonus , and a great benefits package including competitive insurance plans, paid vacation, sick pay, and other outstanding perks. Support design of internal projects
Coordinate with design team for delivery of pricing documents
Coordinate with leasing team for planning of renovations and fit‑outs

2+ years’ experience with AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, & 3D modeling software
Knowledge of NYC Building Codes and basic ADA requirements
Strong background in architecture, landscape architecture, signage, wayfinding, lighting, streetscape improvement, environmental graphic, and interior design projects.
