Typical procurements relate to less complex build-to-print assemblies that require specifications and drawings and COTS software licenses.

Discuss price, delivery and vendor/supplier capability with internal customers

Negotiates price and delivery for responsible commodities

Establishes and maintains good vendor relationships and satisfies internal customers

Experience with purchase order file documentation that is fully compliant with all required elements to maintain a successful Contractor Purchasing Systems Review (CPSR)

Partners with Supplier Quality and Shipping/Receiving as it relates to poor quality, order inconsistences and damaged products

Qualifications and Education Requirements High school diploma and 3-5 years experience; or BA/BS Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Operation Management or related field.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to complete moderately complex price analysis

Security Responsibilities Must comply with all company security and data protection/ usage policies and procedures. Personally responsible for proper marking and handling of all information and materials, in any form. Incumbent must be eligible for DoD Personal Security Clearance.
