Job Description:
- Managed end-to-end project lifecycles for public health initiatives, including planning, execution, risk mitigation, and delivery while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timelines.
- Coordinated cross-functional teams including Facilities, IT, Supply Chain, Safety, and external vendors to support the successful launch and ongoing operations of testing sites and mobile healthcare initiatives.
- Monitored staffing levels, managed resource allocation, and collaborated with staffing agencies to address scheduling changes, roster issues, and operational challenges.
- Developed and maintained project status reports, dashboards, and KPI metrics, providing leadership with timely updates on milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and operational performance.
- Oversaw day-to-day operational support, including inventory management, supply chain coordination, stakeholder communication, and on-site issue resolution to ensure seamless service delivery and an enhanced patient experience.
