The Human Resource Manager will oversee and execute HR operations, including employee relations, recruitment and onboarding, performance management, and compliance. They will develop and implement HR policies, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. The role also involves actively collaborating with leadership and supporting employee development initiatives.Qualifications:Expertise in Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, and RecruitmentProficiency in Performance Management, Policy Development, and HR Compliance, Annual ReportingStrong skills in Organizational Development, Training, and Employee EngagementKnowledge of HR Information Systems (HRIS) and workplace regulations, including Labor Laws for several states, ACA, OPFLExceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilitiesBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldHR Certification (such as SHRM-CP or PHR) is preferredPrevious experience in a similar HR leadership role is required - at least 5 years of experienceOversee training, payroll and benefitsWorkers Compensation administrationBenefits Management401K administrationUI Hearings and BOLI claimsResponsible for employees in Oregon, Idaho, California, Washington, Texas, Montana, Georgia, Arizona Kansas and NevadaThis list is not inclusive of all requirements for this position.We offer a generous bonus structure, 10% profit sharing with our 401K, Medical, Medical Stipend, we contribute $120 per month to an HSA account if you are in on our Health Plan, we provide Paid Family Leave, Paid Vacation, Paid Sick Leave, Paid Air Med Care policy, Paid life insurance
