Mechanical Engineer
We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to join our collaborative engineering team. This role is ideal for engineers with backgrounds in mechanical design, product development, manufacturing, or systems engineering who are interested in applying their skills to building systems, HVAC, and sustainable design.
You’ll work on a diverse range of projects including commercial, healthcare, hospitality, and renewable energy applications—gaining exposure to HVAC and MEP systems while contributing your existing technical expertise.

Transition your mechanical design or manufacturing experience into building systems and HVAC
Collaborative, small-team environment with hands-on project exposure
Clear growth path into project engineering and client-facing roles
Support for EIT/PE licensure and HVAC/MEP training
Support the design and development of mechanical and HVAC systems for commercial and institutional buildings
Apply your experience in CAD, product design, or manufacturing to system layouts, equipment selection, and design optimization
Assist with heating and cooling load calculations (training provided as needed)
Contribute to ductwork, piping, and mechanical system layouts using AutoCAD and/or Revit
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (electrical, architectural, manufacturing, or product teams) to deliver integrated solutions
Participate in project coordination meetings with clients and stakeholders
Support energy-efficient and sustainable design initiatives, including renewable and solar-integrated systems
Conduct site visits and assist with construction observation
Prepare technical documentation, reports, and project deliverables
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

• Automotive, aerospace, or industrial systems
• HVAC or building systems (preferred, not required)

Experience with CAD tools such as SolidWorks, CATIA, NX, AutoCAD, or similar
Interest in learning HVAC systems, building design, and energy-efficient engineering
Exposure to AutoCAD or Revit is a plus (training available)
