The Hotel Operations Manager supports the General Manager in leading day-to-day hotel operations while delivering excellent guest service, developing associates, maintaining brand standards, and driving financial performance. This full-time, salaried leadership role oversees key areas including Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, train, and develop hotel associates
Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve concerns promptly
Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and payroll
Support the GM with budgets, expenses, financial objectives, and cost controls
Maintain company, brand, safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
Inspect guestrooms, public areas, and hotel grounds
Coordinate communication across departments
Oversee inventory, ordering, equipment maintenance, and administrative processes
Requirements
Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hotel industry experience
• 3+ years supervising at least 10 associates
• Hyatt, Hilton or Marriott experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, financial analysis, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Schedule & Requirements:
On-site position requiring flexibility to work nights, weekends, and varying shifts.
Periodic overnight travel may be required.
Must be able to lift/carry up to 30 lbs. and push/pull up to 60 lbs.

Salary Description
