MedSurg Registered Nurse (RN) Night Shifts

Medical Surgical/Telemetry RN Night Shift Location South Carolina

Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule Nights, available as either 3x12-hour shifts or 4x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM).

Job Description The Medical Surgical/Telemetry RN will provide essential patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and practice guidelines.

Responsibilities Monitor patient vital signs and clinical symptoms.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Document patient care activities using the Epic charting system.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.

Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Current SC RN license or Compact license required prior to start.

Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.

Med/Surg experience is essential; telemetry experience is preferred.
