Job Description:
Providing safe and effective patient care using the Nursing Process
Assessing patient and family learning needs and implementing appropriate teaching strategies
Communicating and coordinating effectively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
Managing nursing resources efficiently and supporting team collaboration
Using clinical data and knowledge to improve patient outcomes and care processes
Promoting patient satisfaction, teamwork, and professional nursing standards
Performing other related duties as assigned
