Full Time Veterinary Receptionist Needed

What we are looking for: Veterinary Receptionist with 1-2 years experience, to work in a veterinary hospital setting.
Skills required: The full-time position at one of our fast-paced Westwood and West LAlocations is one that requires patience and calmness under pressure.
Other required skills include:

Excellent customer service skills in Person, and on the phone.
Front office skills require for receptionist to have knowledge of office equipment including; faxes, phone systems and computers
Good clerical skills, including, but not limited to: File management, typing, prioritizing tasks, and organization
Familiarity with veterinary medical terms, + medications for animal care.
Skills Preferred:
Avimark software knowledge
Hands-on experience with Avimark software, and being familiar with the functions of the software program will be on e the the strongest skillsets we look for. Our Westwood is also complemented with paper files for all our patients.
Responsibilities

Scheduling Appointments
Creating estimates for services per doctor treatment
Going over estimates with clients/ explaining costs
Posting clients out
Receiving payments
Going over doctor instructions regarding medications, care instructions and
Inbound and outbound phone call coverageand returning emails and requests
