Develops, maintains, interprets, and executes administrative procedures and practices. This activity includes developing and maintaining manuals regarding the College's policies, procedures, rules, and standards.
Analyzes class and program needs of the College. Develops and coordinates program and course schedules, faculty assignments, and test dates. Education and Experience:
~ Master's degree in Speech or Communications or Master's degree and 18 graduate semester hours in Speech, Oratory, Communications or Speech-related Theater courses.

Microsoft Office Professional or similar applications
Interact positively with diverse populations and varying education levels of students, faculty, staff, and the public.

Use of video display terminal
Communicate information orally and in writing
Proofread and check documents for accuracy
The essential duties, functions, and responsibilities, and overtime eligibility may vary based on the specific tasks assigned to the position.
Standard hourly rates vary based on the assigned course level and educational credentials.
Must have the ability to work a fluctuating schedule to include evenings and weekends.
