You will manage an outpatient caseload that typically includes orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, post-surgical patients, sports-related injuries, and work-related issues. A typical day involves conducting comprehensive evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering hands-on interventions and therapeutic exercise tailored to each patient's goals and functional needs. Clinical responsibilities include performing thorough musculoskeletal assessments, establishing functional goals, and providing interventions such as therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities as appropriate. You will educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and lifestyle modifications to support long-term results. Communication with referring physicians and other healthcare providers is an important part of the role to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
