Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy

Physical Therapy License (Required)

Performs modalities/therapeutic interventions in accordance with accepted standards of care and department policies and procedures.
Provides effective instruction to the patient and family through standardized educational programs and/or individualized training. Productive and efficient in daily operations. Medical, Dental, Vision plans
