Willingly and effectively cooperates with OTC, The Department of Human Services, The Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD), and other licensing or state agency or local municipalities in any inspections and investigations, upon request.

Requirements Graduate with a Master’s Degree, or higher, in behavioral sciences and be nationally certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. (BCBA)

Minimum of four (4) years experience working with individuals with disabilities.

Minimum of two (2) years writing behavior management plans.

The successful completion of all DDD required training as defined in the DDD Supported Employment/Day Program (SE/DP) Manual and compliance with all applicable standards as set forth in the manual upon the date of hire.

Special Requirements Employee will be required to complete all clearances as necessary per regulatory requirements.
