Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA

Valid license to be a PT

Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Shift days: Monday through Friday

On call/weekend requirement: Weekly, On-Time Pay because that's how it should be
