Immediate Hire - Kitchen Prep
Mother's Market
What You’ll Do Prepare recipes according to the Daily Prep List each shift
Ensure freshness and quality of all prepared foods
Properly store and rotate leftover food to prevent spoilage
Test food temperatures at required intervals
Report any equipment or food quality issues promptly to management
Notify manager immediately of any product shortages
Follow Mother’s Market safety and sanitation guidelines
Provide friendly, helpful customer service
What You Bring Experience & Knowledge Some experience or training in commercial food preparation and service
Understanding of cooking techniques for hot and cold foods
Knowledge of food safety, storage, rotation, and cleaning standards
Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment
Skills & Abilities Able to read, understand, and follow recipes in English
Basic math skills to perform food prep calculations
Push, carry, and lift equipment and supplies up to 50 pounds, repeatedly
Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather and temperature conditions
Schedule Requirements Must be available to work flexible shifts as needed
