Responsibilities
Present finance and protection products professionally and effectively
Maintain strong customer satisfaction throughout the delivery process
Work closely with sales management and lenders to secure approvals and finalize deals
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
Maintain accurate paperwork and meet funding deadlines
Create a smooth and transparent customer experience
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of automotive finance experience required
Strong customer relationship and communication skills
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
Professional appearance with a positive and confident attitude
Team oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
Understanding of compliance regulations and dealership processes
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to pass background and drug screenings
