Server / Bar Host / Runner

This is an Hourly and Non-Exempt position.

Greets incoming and departing guests in a welcoming manner, seats guests in the dining and bar areas, and ensures a smooth handoff to service staff.

Demonstrates teamwork by supporting all areas of the restaurant as business needs arise.

Commits to food safety, cleanliness, job safety and sanitation standards.

Busses tables, delivers food and supports the dining room, and ensures every opportunity to WOW our guests is fulfilled.

Has a general knowledge of the food and drink menu and is able to recommend and upsell products.

Answers the phone promptly and professionally and directs calls.

Leads the lobby experience for each guest, following Outback hospitality standards.

Assists guests and supports Servers by serving food and beverages, clearing and resetting tables, and ensuring a clean, welcoming dining environment.

Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours per shift.

Visual ability to include distance, close, color, depth, and peripheral. Responsible Beverage Service Certifications Required (can be completed during training, and up to 60 days after start date).
