L&D Registered Nurse Weekend

Labor and Delivery Registered NurseThe position requires a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years of experience. The nurse will float between units as needed. Weekends are required with some weekend shifts. The candidate should be adept in managing high-risk cases, including pre-eclampsia, diabetes, and multiples. The role involves providing support for laboring patients and assisting with deliveries. Candidates will be required to manage maternal emergencies and provide comprehensive care. The facility handles over 3,600 deliveries per year and is a Level II trauma facility. Patients include neonates, infants, adolescents, and adults. Interdisciplinary support is available from various teams, including physical therapy and pharmacy.
