Performance is evaluated with these Core Values in mind.The Senior HR Specialist supervises HR Interns and HR Coordinators and is expected to lead department programs and mentor staff.Education and Experience:* 5-7 years of human resources experience in a corporate setting.* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.* Work Environment and Physical Demands:* Regular work days and hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30AM - 4:30PM.* Actual compensation will be based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
