Greet guests and seat them in the dining and bar areas, ensuring a smooth handoff to service staff.

Demonstrate teamwork by supporting all areas of the restaurant as business needs arise.

Commit to food safety, cleanliness, job safety, and sanitation standards.

Buss tables, deliver food, and support the dining room, ensuring opportunities to WOW guests are fulfilled.

Answer the phone promptly and professionally, directing calls as needed.

Lead the lobby experience for each guest, following Outback hospitality standards.

Assist guests and support servers by serving food and beverages, clearing and resetting tables, and maintaining a clean dining environment.

Ability to walk and stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift.
