We started our culinary vision as a food truck, and have grown to be much more. Our team includes the friends you never knew you needed: cooks that master the art of flavor, bartenders that know how to shake that shaker, and servers who know what it means to be family. Become a part of our crew.
Job duties include operating the grill station, fry station, assembly and dishwasher. We are a high volume kitchen so excellent teamwork is a must.
Salary: $15.50 + tips Per Hour
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure the safety and quality of our food
Collaborate with other members of the kitchen team to ensure that orders are completed quickly and efficiently
Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils, as well as the work area, to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
Assist in the development of specials, as well as the creation of prep lists and par levels
Continuously seek out ways to improve our dishes, processes, and customer experience
A passion for food and a desire to learn and grow in the culinary industry
Knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety and sanitation standards
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
