Health Care Front Desk Receptionist

The Receptionist manages front desk operations and provides administrative support within a physician practice or center. You will ensure a welcoming experience for all patients and visitors and supports the medical team with routine administrative tasks under close guidance and established guidelines. Greet patients and visitors in person and by phone
Manage patient appointments and coordinate with medical staff
Update patient records in EMR and CRM systems
Process billing, update accounts, and collect copayments
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Support office tasks such as ordering supplies and arranging couriers
1+ year healthcare front office experience

• Excellent customer service and phone skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Work Hours: Monday Friday 8:00 to 5:00
