Our client is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support Technology and Product hiring teams. The recruiter will emphasize sourcing, resume evaluation, and quick pre‑screens for high‑priority full‑time technical roles while using Workday ATS. This role suits a recruiter who manages a fast‑paced pipeline, owns the top of the funnel, and engages and qualifies technical talent efficiently.

Rate: $35.00 to $38.00/hr. Conduct quick, structured pre‑screen interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and alignment to role requirements.

Review and evaluate resumes for technical fit and communicate recommendations to hiring teams.

Maintain candidate activity and status updates within Workday ATS.

Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure timely movement and communication throughout the recruiting process.

Support basic administrative tasks related to contractor hiring as needed.

3-5 years of recruiting or sourcing experience, ideally focused on Technology and Product roles.

Experience conducting efficient and structured pre‑screening conversations.

Hands‑on experience with Workday ATS.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers.

Experience supporting both full‑time and contractor hiring processes.

The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.
