What You'll Do:

Support corporate revenue goals by helping develop and execute regional sales and marketing strategies

Identify, track, and pursue and proposal opportunities within the Special Inspections & Materials Testing market

Coordinate proposal development from opportunity tracking through submission and follow-up

Research market trends, competitor activity, and project pipelines to support strategic decision-making

Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and key decision-makers

Assist in forecasting sales performance and aligning efforts with company growth targets

Improve proposal quality, marketing materials, and overall market presence

Collaborate with leadership to refine processes, improve efficiency, and adapt to market changes

Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external stakeholders

Contribute to a culture that promotes teamwork, performance, and continuous improvement

Requirements
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marking, Business Administration, Communications, or related field

Relevant Experience may substitute: 2 years of experience = 1 ear of education

Minimum 2 years of marketing and/or sales experience

Experience in geotechnical, construction, or materials testing industries (preferred)

Familiarity with CRM systems, proposal tracking tools, and Microsoft Office

Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies is a plus
