Role Description This full-time, on-site Insurance Sales Representative role is based in Maple Grove, MN. The Insurance Sales Representative will engage with prospective and existing customers to assess their coverage needs and recommend appropriate insurance products, including personal lines and other solutions. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting sales calls and in-person consultations, preparing quotes, and processing applications in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines. The role also involves providing ongoing customer service, handling policy changes, explaining coverage options, and assisting with billing and basic claims-related inquiries. Quoting new and current customers and helping them find insurance solutions that fit their needs

Networking in the local community and building relationships

Helping current customers with policy changes, policy reviews, and any questions they may have

Providing exceptional customer service and making sure our customers feel taken care of

Working toward individual and team sales goals while continuing to grow your insurance knowledge

Insurance sales experience is a plus, but not required

Someone who genuinely cares about helping people and providing great customer service

Base salary + commission + bonuses
