This role will focus on technology recruitment. Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, partnering with engineering leaders to develop hiring strategies, design interview processes, assess candidates, and lead complex offer negotiations through offer acceptance Act as a trusted talent advisor to engineering leaders, providing market insights, coaching on hiring best practices, and guiding hiring decisions through data and expertise Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent, leveraging market mapping, referrals, research, and creative outreach to build high-quality pipelines Take a data-driven approach to monitoring pipeline health, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders to inform hiring strategy Deliver a white-glove candidate experience from initial engagement through offer acceptance, representing Optiver's culture throughout the recruitment journey Whatyou’llget You’lljoin a culture of collaboration and excellence, surrounded by curious thinkers and creative problem-solvers. Deep experience with applicant tracking systems (experience with Greenhouse is a plus) and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter The ability to analyze candidate data for reporting purposes, utilizing tools like Excel and AI technology A proactive, positive mindset with a passion for identifying and hiring top talent Legal authorization to work in the U.With a focus on continuous improvement, we prioritize safeguarding the health and efficiency of the markets for all participants.
