Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8:15am - 5:00pm with 30-minute lunch break, Friday 8:15am-2:00pm (no lunch break) and Saturdays maybe included.

Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups

Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner

Process billing information and collect payments as necessary

Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis

Provide superior customer service to all patients

Administrative and clerical duties as necessary

Travel to additional sites when needed

Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED or equivalent Phlebotomy certification or completed training program

3 Years or more experience as a phlebotomist.

Preferred Qualifications 5 years or more of phlebotomy experience

5 years or more experience in high volume fast-paced environment completing 24-35 draws.

Additional Job Standards In lieu of work experience, a Phlebotomy certification or completed training program must come from an accredited agency

Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service

Comfortable working under minimal supervision

Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Phlebotomist Placement Phlebotomist will work in either a Patient Service Center or Client office. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company. Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.

Phlebotomist may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
