Founded in 2015, the company serves a collection of seven world-class owned venues and a client roster of the most iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions, spanning four continents.

The Laborer will be operating and converting the arena from event to event. This role will pay an hourly rate of $19.00 (per CBA). Benefits as per the union agreement. EVERGREEN ROLE: Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis; there is no application deadline.

New York's newest premier entertainment and sports venue and home of the New York Islanders is developed in partnership with Oak View Group, the New York Islanders, and Jeff Wilpon. UBS Arena is at the forefront of sustainability, being awarded LEED Green Building Certification in January 2023. The venue also achieved carbon neutrality for operations in Fall 2022 which made it the first arena to do so on the eastern United States seaboard.

Ability to work required shift(s) any day of the week.

Follow all operating policies and procedures at all times.

High school Diploma or equivalent required.

Job related training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities preferred.

Must have reliable transportation to and from UBS Arena for scheduled shifts.

Must be knowledgeable about building and events.

Must have a desire to work events, nights and weekends

Must uphold and maintain a customer friendly environment.

Tasks are performed with moderate supervision.

Walking and standing occurs 90% of the time (4-6 hours per shift)
