Site Experience Attendant

The Site Experience Attendant (SEA) is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout every stage of the car wash visit. This role combines customer service, membership sales, tunnel operations, and site maintenance into one dynamic position designed to provide operational flexibility and an outstanding experience for team members and customers alike.

Site Experience Attendants rotate between multiple work areas throughout the day, supporting business needs while developing a broad skill set. Customer Experience & Sales

Welcome every customer with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Educate customers on wash packages, Limitless Wash Club memberships, and promotions.

Recommend products and services based on customer needs.

Resolve customer questions and concerns while delivering exceptional service.

Maintain a positive, energetic presence throughout each shift.

Tunnel Operations

Monitor tunnel operations to ensure efficient vehicle flow.

Communicate clearly with customers during the loading process.

Immediately report equipment or safety concerns.

Lot Operations & Site Appearance

Assist customers throughout the vacuum and parking areas.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming site.

Perform routine housekeeping throughout the site and grounds.

Ensure all customer-facing areas reflect Caliber's standards.

Rotate between customer engagement, sales, tunnel operations, and lot responsibilities throughout the day.

Support fellow team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures.

Wear required personal protective equipment.

Immediately report unsafe conditions or incidents.

Protect company assets and uphold operational standards.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience preferred.

Positive attitude with a passion for serving customers.

Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Ability to learn multiple operational functions through cross-training.

Frequently stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.

Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and humidity.

Communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Operate around moving vehicles and mechanical equipment while following established safety procedures.
