Resources for Human Development (RHD) provides residential and community-based services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and autism. Through person-centered supports, we help individuals build independence, strengthen community connections, and achieve their personal goals in a safe and supportive environment.

• As a Direct Support Professional , you will:

• Provide supervision and support in accordance with each individual's person-centered ISP
• Assist individuals in working toward personal goals and outcomes
• Support activities of daily living, including meal preparation, hygiene, and household tasks
• Provide transportation to appointments and community activities as needed
• Assist individuals in accessing community resources and supports
• Work collaboratively with clinical and program staff to support quality services
• Flexible
• Committed to Helping Others

High School Diploma or GED

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
• Prior experience in human services, healthcare, or caregiving roles

Full Time (40 hrs per week)

• Shifts available across residential programs in Greater Boston
• Ability to safely transport and accompany individuals in the community
