Join Kaiser Permanente's well-established anesthesia teams across Modesto, Manteca, and Stockton Medical Centers in California's Central Valley. These facilities are part of one of the nation's leading integrated health systems, known for high-quality, coordinated care and efficient clinical operations.

This 1099 opportunity offers a unique combination of flexibility, autonomy, and consistent case volume across both hospital and ambulatory surgery center (ASC) settings. Providers will work across a diverse case mix, including general surgery, orthopedics, OB, urology, ENT, vascular, and outpatient procedures. 325/hour (1099 independent contractor)

Integrated EMR system (Epic) across all sites

Team-based anesthesia care model with experienced clinical leadership

Emphasis on patient safety, quality outcomes, and operational excellence

Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across a variety of surgical procedures

Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and obtain informed consent

Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia

Collaborate with surgeons, CRNAs, and perioperative staff to ensure optimal outcomes

Participate in maintaining efficient OR flow and high-quality patient care

Completion of an accredited Anesthesiology Residency

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology

Active, unrestricted California medical license (or ability to obtain)

Ability to work as a 1099 independent contractor
