The posted compensation range of $54.52 - $81.10 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Occupational Therapist, you will provide essential in-home occupational therapy services under a physician's orders. Every day, you will evaluate home safety, assess the functional needs of physically disabled patients, and then develop, plan, and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment procedures. To be successful, you will demonstrate strong assessment, treatment planning, and implementation skills for in-home care. Appropriately assesses patients of varying diagnoses & disorders requiring Occupational Therapy according to established guidelines. Age range treated includes pediatric, adolescent, adult, & geriatric. Staff will be assigned only age ranges for which they meet the education, experience & training.

CCS paneled therapists will either see patients aged 0-21 with CCS insurance or have oversight by a CCS paneled therapist.

Establishes functional goals in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team based on the patient's rehabilitation potential.

Bachelor's or higher degree in Occupational Therapy required.

Must have a minimum of 10 yrs as a practicing OT for part-time/full-time staff, including demonstrated teaching responsibilities & evidence of continuing education required.

Casual per diem staff minimum of 2 yrs. Part-time/full-time staff must demonstrate advanced clinical expertise in a specialized area required.

CA Occupational Therapist (CA OT License) required.

Fire Safety (within 90 Days of start date) required.
