Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for CVICU to provide specialized critical care to cardiac patients. The role involves managing complex medical devices and delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Administer and monitor cardiovascular critical care to cardiac patients.
Manage and operate medical devices such as Impella, CRRT, and IABP.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Document patient assessments, care provided, and clinical outcomes accurately.
Respond promptly to patient emergencies, utilizing ACLS and BLS protocols.
Maintain compliance with safety standards and hospital policies.
Possess a valid RN license in the relevant state.
Show clinical experience in a CVICU or similar critical care setting.
