Phlebotomist - Primary Care Clinic (Full Time)

As a Full Time Phlebotomis t, you'll provide care to c lient employees and their dependents in our Health Center located in Clermont, FL . Monday-Friday schedule with no evenings or weekends , offering a consistent work-life balance.

Put your clinical skills to work every day through rooming, labs, point-of-care testing, drug screens, pre-employment exams, and daily phlebotomy while building strong patient relationships.
Works independently and in accordance with safety and organizational policies and procedures
Assists with supply inventory
May instruct phlebotomy procedure for new employees
Understands and abides by all of industry standards and Premise Health infection control guidelines and safety procedures;
Knowledge of use of SDS material and emergency equipment in facility
Proficient in phlebotomy skills, specimen collection, processing and assessing vital signs for patients
Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
Current national certification in Phlebotomy from a Premise Health approved organization OR Certificate/Diploma and Transcripts from an accredited Phlebotomy program with hands on externship completed and passed- total online courses are not acceptable
Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required
