Associate Attorney - Litigation (Construction & Infrastructure)Locations: San Francisco, Los Angeles, Orange County, or Sacramento, CA - 4 days in office, 1 remoteA well-established law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney (2-6 years of experience) to join its nationally recognized Construction & Infrastructure Practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex construction and infrastructure matters involving large public works projects, transportation, water, energy, commercial development, and construction-related disputes.The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in construction litigation and claims, excellent writing and analytical skills, and experience handling matters through discovery, motion practice, arbitration, and litigation.
