Flexible Front of House Server

Server
As a Server you will be responsible for taking orders using handheld technology, serving food and drinks in a timely and accurate manner, and delivering a fun and satisfying dining experience to guests. This role is part of the Front of House service team, so great customer service skills are a must. In addition to base pay, you will have opportunities to earn tips.
Must be 18 or older.

Legal Disclosures
Pay range (Base Pay): $16.30 – $16.30 (plus tips)
Other types of compensation: tips, referral bonus, employee stock purchase program (after 1+ years of service, must have 20+ hours/week)
Health insurance: coverage for health, vision, dental, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity (must be 18+)
Retirement benefits: 401k retirement plan with company match up to 4% of pay (must be 21+, after 1+ years of service, and 1,000+ hours/year)
Paid Time Off: 0.0192 hours for each hour worked (after 1+ years of service, 35+ hours/week)
