Job Summary:

A Registered Nurse (RN) position in the Emergency Room (ER) is available in Milton, Massachusetts. This role involves providing high-quality emergency care during evening shifts. Candidates are required to bring their valid Massachusetts nursing license on the first day of employment.

Shift Hours: 12 hours (11:00 AM 11:00 PM)

Minimum Hours Per Week: 36.0 hours

Schedule: Evening shifts, every other weekend

Required Qualifications: Massachusetts licensure (including temporary licenses), 2+ years of experience as a registered nurse in emergency care, certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS); may include other preferred certifications such as Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC). Must pass telemetry ECG test and medications test on day one at orientation.

Certifications: ACLS, BLS (from American Heart Association)

Additional Information: Candidates must have completed or be able to complete ECG/telemetry and medications tests during onboarding with a minimum score of 85%; no remediation or re-sits allowed. Test administration occurs via Zoom prior to assignment.
