Becker & Associates is a small financial firm in Scarsdale, NY providing tax preparation, bookkeeping, and financial planning for individuals and small businesses. This is a full-time on-site Administrative Assistant role located in Scarsdale, NY. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, including performing clerical tasks, maintaining professional communication, scheduling and coordinating meetings, and assisting executives with administrative needs. The role involves handling phone inquiries, organizing documents, and supporting the overall efficiency of the office. However, during busy seasons there will be the opportunity for overtime including weekend and evening hours. The full-time administrative assistant is expected to additionally work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) from February to April 15.
