Join a provider-led,
patient-centered healthcare organization in Great Falls, MT, as a
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family or Internal Medicine Physician. This is a 100%
outpatient position with no inpatient responsibilities and the opportunity to
enjoy a flexible schedule, collaborative team environment, and a strong

Position Highlights:

~100% Outpatient Internal
Medicine practice
~ Monday through Friday
schedule with optional 4-day work week
~ No inpatient
responsibilities – hospitalist team manages admissions
~ Evening call rotation is
1:10 and limited to phone-only
~ Supported by a team of three
physicians and six Advanced Practice Providers
~ Fully staffed Acute Care
Hospital with in-house specialty support

Access to:

• 36-bed inpatient unit
• 10-bed open ICU
• 2 catheterization labs and

pre/post-procedure unit
~5 operating rooms + 4-room
ambulatory surgery center
~8-bed Emergency Department
staffed by experienced EM providers
~ Dedicated observation beds

Requirement:

MD or DO degree
Board Certification or
Eligibility in Internal Medicine
Strong clinical and
diagnostic skills
Passion for
patient-centered, team-based care
Eligibility for Montana
medical licensure
