As part of the Compliance solutions team, you will be involved in managing directly the development projects and requested evolutions aiming at improving classification and management of our controlled data.* Accountable for the delivery on time and on quality of Compliance Products and Services. It includes Licence Management Repository, access control and record keeping solutions* Develop, implement and maintain operation documents, policies, procedures, documentation, KPIs and SLAs for Security Operations Products and Services.* Develop, implement and maintain the procedures for continuous improvement in the service level based on customer feedback.* Monitor KPIs and SLAs and lead improvement actions when necessary* Be focal point for IM project teams to ensure smooth onboarding of the products in the PSL* Accountable for proactive management of business escalations and crisis management* Accountable for IM stakeholders management to align deliverables with maximum business value by providing insight into business priorities**Desired skills and qualifications*** Completed studies in computer science or similar* 2 to 5 years experience in the field of information systems* You are highly motivated and have excellent communication skills.* Strong team spirit, open and transparent communication and welcome problem attitude* Experience on compliance processes and regulations (Export control)* Use Agile Safe principles (continuous delivery, iterative approach, PoCs, MVPs, Industrialization).* Experience in customer relationship management incl. requirements definition* Negotiation level of English.
