Registered Nurse - Med/Surg Tele
Location: Missoula, Montana
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: 19:00 - 07:00
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Acute Care team. This role requires solid experience in medical-surgical tele nursing, focusing on adult and geriatric patient populations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills and an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

Perform patient assessments and develop care plans
Manage NG tube, Foley catheter, and chest tube maintenance
Provide wound care and treatment for common diagnoses such as small bowel obstructions, diabetic complications, pneumonia, and sepsis
Document patient information accurately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR)
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

Current RN License
BLS and ACLS certifications
Minimum of 1 year of Med/Surg tele experience
Preferred experience with Cerner EMR and NIHSS certification
