We’re looking for our first Strategy Director on the ground in the US to play a key role in our agency’s growth. Both leading and delivering pitch work in partnership with our VP of New Business and our Chief Creative Officer. Those who have a deep understanding of how brands can be built in the social era. Those who actually get excited by a killer deck and pushing the creative work that’s built from them. Set the standard for innovative research and effective strategies aligned to our client's business goals.

Building stories that persuade and manage client rooms as a senior voice

Leading in new business pitches, thought leadership, and external marketing initiatives

You have strong relationship‑building skills, particularly with senior clients (e.g., You’re skilled in driving revenue growth and collaborating with client services to expand opportunities, while ensuring accurate resource scoping and commercial success

You’ve got leadership experience with a track record of building high‑performing, engaged teams by implementing growth plans and ensuring effective resource allocation

You have strong planning, organizational, and collaborative abilities to support department vision, uphold agency standards, and deliver goals
