Food Runners are responsible for controlling the flow of food in and out of the kitchen and maintaining clear communication between the kitchen and front of house team. Additional responsibilities include setting tables, serving food orders and removing used dishes and utensils. Ultimately, you will ensure our guests have a high-quality dining experience by serving their food in a timely and accurate manner.
Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest and client
Ability to have extensive knowledge on the beverages we offer on the menu and the mastery of the food menu in order to properly garnish and send out
Mechanical in execution uses organized steps of service to ensure order accuracy and consistency even in the busiest of times
Display the ability to forecast and anticipate the needs of our guests and the restaurant
Experience in a Full Service Restaurant Preferred
Available to work nights, weekends and holidays.
Must be able to stand for the duration of shifts and lift up to 35lbs
