We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to ensure our kitchen maintains the highest standards of hygiene and organization, supporting our culinary team in providing outstanding service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:

Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment in accordance with health and safety standards
Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, dish racks, and surrounding surfaces
Sort and organize clean items for proper storage and use
Assist with basic kitchen cleaning tasks as needed to support overall sanitation efforts
Follow proper procedures for waste disposal and recycling
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely availability of clean dishes and utensils during service hours
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:

Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending
Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service is a plus
