Georgetown Assisted Living by Axiom Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. We currently have both Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional care and enhancing the lives of our residents.
As a CNA at Georgetown Assisted Living, you will play a vital role in delivering quality resident care while promoting dignity, independence, and well-being. This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment where teamwork, compassion, and resident-centered care are highly valued.
Provide direct resident care in accordance with individualized care plans.
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility.
Monitor and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, and mental conditions to the nursing team.
Assist residents with transfers, ambulation, and positioning as needed.
Maintain accurate documentation of resident care and observations.
Respond promptly and courteously to resident requests and call lights.
Ensure resident rooms and common areas remain clean, safe, and comfortable.
Promote resident dignity, privacy, and independence at all times.
Work collaboratively with nurses, caregivers, families, and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional resident care.
Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and state and federal regulations.
Current Kansas Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.
Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, or healthcare preferred but not required.
Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused approach to care.
Ability to perform physical duties including lifting, transferring, and assisting residents.
