Echo cardiographer, PRN

Role Performs echocardiograms including 2D, M-Mode, color Doppler, pulse wave Doppler, continuous wave Doppler, transesophageal echo, stress echo, and related exams, adhering to established standards and practices.

Responsibilities Operate echocardiography equipment, ensure high-quality imaging, and maintain patient safety. Communicate effectively with team and patients, and follow protocols for equipment sterilization and maintenance.

Qualifications & Skills Associate degree in echo or accredited training preferred; High School Diploma/GED acceptable

Current BLS certification required; ACLS preferred

RDCS (ARDMS) or RCS (CCI) certification required

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with Philips equipment and TEE probes preferred

Typing and computer skills preferred

Hospital experience is a plus
