Registered Nursing / LPN Full-Time / Part-Time

Make up to $50 an hour (includes shift differentials and other incentives)

LPN/RN licensure in good standing in the State of Kentucky

Prior long term care experience is preferred

Computer proficiency and electronic documentation experience preferred

Familiarity with culture change and/or person-centered care would be a plus
