RN Telemetry Weekend Shift

IMC Registered Nurse (RN)
We are seeking an experienced IMC Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of one year of relevant experience in a telemetry or progressive care unit. This position requires the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while providing high-quality patient care.
Shift Information

Shift: 4x12 Days (06:45 - 19:15)
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)
Floating: May float as needed within scope to meet facility needs
Telemetry and Monitoring: Cardiac monitoring, interpretation of dysrhythmias, management of dysrhythmias, monitoring using telemetry.
Cardiovascular Skills: Post cardiac angiogram care, post-myocardial infarction (MI) care, pre/post cardiac catheterization, pre/post cardiac surgery, sheath removal, TR band management.
Gastrointestinal Skills: Feeding tube care and management.
Genitourinary/Renal Skills: Pre/post hemodialysis management, care for renal failure patients.
IV Therapy and Phlebotomy: Accessing ports, arterial line management, blood product administration, central line care, phlebotomy, peripheral line care, PICC line management, starting IVs.
Neurological/Psychiatric Case Experience: Care for patients undergoing craniotomy, CVA, pre/post neurosurgery, spinal cord injuries, and traumatic brain injuries.
Plastic Surgery Case Experience: Skin grafts and management of surgical drains.
Respiratory Skills: Care for ventilated patients, chest tubes (Emerson/Pleur-evac), external CPAP/BIPAP, high-flow nasal cannula (HFNC), interpretation of ABGs, non-invasive airway management, tracheostomy management.
Isolation precautions, wound care and management using wound vacs.
Cerner charting system experience
Experience in a Magnet-designated facility
