Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN (Full Time Night, Short Term Care)

RN/LPN Extended Hours

The RN/LPN Extended Hours Essential Duties Are:

Plans and delivers care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, interventions, implementation, and evaluation; and effectively interacts with patients, families, and other interdisciplinary team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing.

What You Should Know About the RN/LPN Extended Hours Role:

This is a Full-Time position: 6p-6a 3 12 hour shifts a week and every other weekend. 2 holidays per year required.

RN/LPN Extended Hours Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited nursing school; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio without any board actions. Two years acute care nursing experience preferred.

Certification in Hospice & Palliative Medicine (CHPN) preferred and will be made available to Ohio's Hospice employees who wish to obtain certification.

Computer skills sufficient to properly document services and care.

Ability to drive during daytime, nighttime, or inclement weather.
